28 detached homes were sitting in Acadia inventory at the end of July 2026, against 59 sales across seven months. Detached sell-through ran at 58.42%, so most correctly priced homes are transacting and a meaningful minority are not.
Detached benchmark: $642,628, down 2.00% year over year, averaging $701,452 at 26 days on market. A correctly priced, well presented home does not sit long. The ones that do are almost always priced against a 2024 comparable.
Market figures throughout come from CREB’s Housing Data Map, year to date as at 31 August 2026.
Row housing benchmark $321,271, down 7.04%, running 36 days across 12 sales. Apartments benchmark $196,357, down 10.09%, running 67 days across 13 sales. Apartment is the weak point at -10.09%. If you own one, the strategy is different from a detached seller’s and this page should say so plainly.
